My Puppy Is A Monster Who Rules In My Home!! Tells Us How Manage Him Or We Will Be Gone!!

I am watching a movie on my lounge room floor about a young guy called Jasper who is starting out in life on definitely the wrong foot. His actions seem criminal as he goes through his day for he knows not of etiquette; of consequence nor shame. This rebellious young athlete is oblivious to all this as if nothing really matters in the world where he reins. So who is this Jasper this James Dean embraced is he the idol of a teenager, another famous face?

Jasper is a Maltese puppy all fluffy and white a sunshine disposition that can light up a room. His new mum is Amy who wanted a friend, something to cuddle and would never leave like the guy she had been living with but was no longer there. Happy ever after was her hopeful romance so Jasper came home and there new life began.

There is no doubt a dog will fill a void in your heart they are the most underrated friend you could ever have. Jasper is a godsend, a great little guy full of hope and of promise he loves every moment that life has to give. Though he was delivered to Amy at the age of six weeks the breeders have given him all the tools he will need. This whole scenerio seems perfect I know but the problem of complacency is raising its ugly head. Amy loves to take him wherever she goes and there is no doubt that Jasper leaves an impression of his own, he’s a fun loving guy who brings smiles to a room.

So what is the problem I can tell you want to know? Jasper is getting older and his training has never started and seems permanently on hold. That movie I was watching on my lounge room floor was the picture of Jasper relieving himself on my brand new carpet as if he was King of this realm and we were his servants ready to wait on him hand and foot. Sound familiar? Amy seemed so oblivious to her criminal’s acts, so obviously infatuated by her new friends attention she could not see the light.

Not wanting an outcome of sadness and despair I tried to show Amy that Jasper was becoming a dog to be feared. His biting was rampant no human was safe, his chewing of valuables had cost Amy hundreds but she still could not see that this lovely little purebred was making enemies in their street. Puppies need training to be taught right from wrong, without it they are a statistic another dog nobody wants. Some folk seem to think dogs are born fully trained, and that feeding them and loving them will be all that they need. Some simple early training could have avoided all this and Amy and Jasper could be that happy ever after instead.
