Small dogs are very keen observer and require your attention whenever they desire. The better observer and teacher you are, the better small dog you can get. Sometimes, small dogs get crazy and do not stop shouting. They usually do so when they interpret any stranger or anything unusual. You will need to try your small dog gradually and slowly so that you can get an obedient small dog.
